The UIT-R 526 is the propagation model used to estimate the path losses, taking into account the Digital Terrain Model (DTM) to detect shadow areas. Also, you can export your radio electric coverage maps to KML to be used in Google Earth. Path losses are store in an ASCII file convertible to a GRID (raster defined by ESRI).- Representation of multiple radio electric coverage maps simultaneously. Useful to identify radio electric coverage from various locations.- Link budget. The Link budget calculations can be done to determine the maximum allowed path loss, taking into account the equipment configuration elements and parameters (transmitting power, cable loss, antenna gains, sensitivity, etc.)- Dropbox (Not for this free version). You can store results (sites database, radio electric coverage maps,...) and share them (if you want) instantly with your RF Terrain Coverages user group.The Digital Terrain Model (DTM) has a resolution of 100x100m, 200mx200m, 300mx300 and 400mx400m for calculations up to 10kms, 25kms, 40kms and 50kms, respectively. and is obtained automatically from The Shuttle Topography Mission (SRTM), U.S. Geological Survey.
